We hosted the very first mountain bike clinic in 2014 with a group of ladies on Saturday 28 June 2014 in Pretoria, South Africa.
Mountain biking in 2014 was predominantly a male dominated sport and introducing woman to the sport was something we hadn’t yet explored.
The morning was a success and the event helped the ladies to learn new skills from a Cape Epic finisher and ended with a lovely breakfast in the bush, confidence and practice is what it is about.
The ladies got to ride on rocky terrain and test their new skills. The practice gives you confidence and the morning was all about lifting the confidence of the ladies on their mountain bikes.
